My cat was present, but paid little attention to me as I worked my way through this awesome 15 minute AMRAP. This really gets your heart rate up and delivers an amazing burn in your legs in such a short amount of time. How many rounds can you do in 15 minutes?
This workout is a 15 minute AMRAP of 3 different exercise combos:
10 jump squat burpees
10 (on each side) jump tuck + 2 side lunge
5 - 3 jump lunges + 2 pistols
My cat stayed with me through most of the workout, and then meowed for several minutes for me to let her out of the room. Cats are a pain, but they're cute as hell so they always get away with everything. That's why I let her stay to bask in the sun while I filmed this workout in the first place. Ah well. She didn't disrupt things too much so I don't really care. I think anyone who has a cat (or any pets in general) understands.
At any rate, try this workout with me! It only takes 15 minutes, let's get it done!

I'm finally feeling better, after what felt like weeks of feeling horribly fatigued. I was getting worried it was never going to end, but I've finally bounced back and I'm so grateful. And while I'm feeling well I'm trying to utilize my time to the fullest in case I am struck down again in a few mere weeks. Hopefully that won't be an issue. Usually when I have a particularly rough cycle the next one is much more bearable, but you never know. I never trust my uterus or its intentions. I just interpret my body's cues as best as I can and keep learning how to better take care of myself. Just always working to do my best, that's all any of us can ever do.
