This workout is 10 minutes of:
10 side to side pushups 10 knees to feet and jump tucks 10 (on each leg) stationary lunge 10 plank jacks Do as many rounds as you can. No extra equipment or weights needed, and the workouts are going to stay this way all month, so stick with me!
I made it through 3 rounds in the 10 minutes. Let me know how you did and how you liked it.
I will likely not be posting any new yoga routines until the new year unless anyone really wants them, so do let me know what content you'd like to see. I feel like short, intense workouts are what will serve everyone's needs best this time of year, but if you disagree I want to hear your thoughts.
