I have the perfect routine for you to unwind with this weekend. You just need a little over 30 minutes to feel nice and relaxed...
35 minutes of: 3 sun salutations, warrior one, warrior 2, warrior 3, lord of the dance, tree, bridge, wheel, plough, fish, one leg forward bend, locust, seated forward bend, crow, frog, lying spine twist, and corpse. Try it with me, it only takes just over a half hour and you'll feel amazing after.
I really enjoyed this. I'm definitely going to keep trying to provide new yoga routines each week for us to do together. Stretching is so important and it's really fun to practice balance poses and to see improvements in both these areas. I already think my locust looks a little bit higher/stronger than last week and that's awesome! It's amazing to see and feel improvements like this.
