Now don't go crazy, but after this ghoulish workout you will be entirely within your right to indulge in a few pieces of candy. It's all about balance. Have a happy Halloween, let's do this workout together and then enjoy some holiday treats...
This workout starts with a 1 minute plank hold, then 3 rounds of:
10 candlestick burpees
5 (on each leg) Bulgarian split squats
10 jump tucks
10 v ups
10 commando push ups
20 plank knee tucks
50 kettlebell swings
If you can't do 50 kettlebell swings consecutively, break them up until you've done 50. After 3 rounds you'll have done 150 total swings!
