This fourth Journey to Splits routine takes just under 45 minutes to complete. This is a more relaxing stretch than the 3 previous, and has you working more on stretching gently in a variety of poses. Come do splits with me...
These are the essentials for working out with me. For this workout I use a yoga strap for the overhead grip lord of the dance pose. If you can't get into a full split yet, you may want to place a yoga block under your front hamstrings for support, and I use 2 yoga blocks for supported corpse pose at the end. But you can manage just fine without them if you don't have them. You can use a belt that fastens securely in place of the yoga strap, and you can even use a rolled up towel or firm pillow in place of the yoga block when working on your split.

This is our fourth week working on hip flexibility and getting into splits, how has it been going for you? Are you improving? Let me know if this routine helps you progress further. It really felt amazing for me, I hope you enjoy it too.
