Journey to Splits 8 Jickety Jacq
This eighth and FINAL installment of Journey to Splits is a fun and challenging routine that gets you into splits so comfortably, you won't believe it. Try it yourself to see what I mean. You need just under 50 minutes. Come get into splits with me...
​These are the essentials for working out with me. If you can't get into a full split yet, you may want to place a yoga block under your front hamstrings for support, and I use 2 yoga blocks for supported corpse pose at the end. But you can manage just fine without them if you don't have them. You can even use a rolled up towel or firm pillow in place of the yoga block when working on your split.
