3 sun salutations
10 wide pushup + downward dog
standing forward bend
10 (on each leg) stationary lunge
revolved one-legged pigeon
kneeling one-legged pigeon
reclined middle split or happy baby
lying spinal twist

It's been a long time, guys! How is everyone doing? I hope you had a wonderful holiday season and are ready to start the new year strong with plenty of new workouts with me :D New Quick Yoga routines are only the beginning. Kettlebell workouts are coming back, fusion workouts, hiit, and so much more. I will still always have free content as well though, do not despair! As you can see, I've got big goals for this new year.
