Custom Workouts:
I will personally create a workout of your choice. Any style, any variety. Whether you want beginner or advanced, strength training or cardio. Be specific about what you want! The more particular you are, the better the workout will be, and the more fun we'll have. If there's certain exercises you want included, let me know! This is being made specifically for you, You're the boss ;)

NOTE:
I would like to share each custom workout publicly on my youtube channel, 1 week after delivery to you. If you object to this, please let me know and the workout will remain ours and ours alone. If you would just like me to wait a longer period of time before sharing it publicly, just let me know and we can do that too! It's a lot more fun to share with everyone and see how much they enjoy your workout too, but no hard feelings if you're not into it!

​I do not have access to weight machines at gyms, barbells, benches, TRX, etc. I provide quality, at-home bodyweight workouts, and workouts with minimal equipment. I typically use the following: kettlebells, dumbbells, balance ball, pull up bar, sliding discs, chair, wall, and yoga blocks. I cannot reasonably accommodate for a workout with equipment not listed above.
