This workout is 5 rounds of:
10 plank rows
10 kettlebell swings
10 weighted jump lunges
15 minute EMOM ladder of burpees
For an EMOM ladder you start with 1 rep for the first minute, and increase by one rep each minute; 1 for the first minute, 2 for the 2nd, 3 for the 3rd, etc. This starts deceptively slow, but rapidly becomes very intense and challenging. When you cannot complete the designated number of reps for a minute, start back at 1 for the next minute, and continue increasing by 1 rep each minute until the workout time is up.
If you don't have a kettlebell you can instead use your dumbbells and do weighted squats or weighted jump squats. If you have no weights you can just do squats or jump squats, but increase the reps to 20 instead of 10.
I made it to minute 11; for minute 12 I missed fitting in the 12th burpee by a few seconds. This was tough but really fun. Challenge yourself and let me know how you did. If you beat my time I definitely want to know about it! Have fun and let me know what you think.
