3 sun salutations warrior 1 warrior 2 side angle bound side angle bridge wheel plough fish to extended leg fish side plank double toe hold wide standing forward bend with shoulder stretch standing forward bend cobra to full cobra boat locust deep squat into garland one legged swan reverse plank wide leg seated forward bend one leg folded forward bend lying spinal twist corpse
