This routine is a blend of simpler and more challenging poses. It is:
3 sun salutations
bound side angle
fish to extended leg fish
double toe hold
wide standing forward bend with shoulder stretch
standing forward bend
cobra to full cobra
deep squat into garland
one legged swan
wide leg seated forward bend
one leg folded forward bend
lying spinal twist
