This workout starts with a 1 minute plank hold, then 3 rounds of:
10 candlestick burpees 5 (on each leg) Bulgarian split squats 10 jump tucks 10 v ups 10 commando push ups 20 plank knee tucks 50 kettlebell swings If you can't do 50 kettlebell swings consecutively, break them up until you've done 50. After 3 rounds you'll have done 150 total swings!
This was so tough. I can't wait to relax, watch horror movies, and read The Walking Dead comics tonight. Everyone enjoy your Halloween! If you don't have time to do this workout today, do it first thing in the morning to help undo some of the damage done tonight ;)
