You are going to feel the burn with this one. This workout is a lot tougher than it sounds. When I was putting it together I feared it might be too easy. Try it with me to see how wrong I was...
This is 2 rounds of:
10 commando pushups
10 v up burpees
20 plank shoulder taps
20 mountain climbers
10 knee tuck pushups
1 minute one-arm plank hold (switch every 10 seconds)
-If you can't do the plank shoulder taps, instead hold plank for the duration of my performing the shoulder taps.
-If you can't do the advanced mountain climbers, instead do regular mountain climbers, tucking the knees in towards the chest.
-If you can't do the knee tuck pushups, instead do a pushup and then a knee tuck after. If you can't do pushups, do pushups on your knees, then rise up into plank and do the knee tuck.
-If you cannot hold the one-arm plank, instead hold plank on both hands for the 1 minute. If it's just really challenging, try to hold the one-arm plank with me, I struggled too!
It took me 16.5 minutes to complete this workout, but if I'd had any more energy I think I could have picked up the pace and finished it in closer to 15 minutes. Leave me a comment and let me know how fast you got it done, and how it made you feel. And let me know any requests you have for anything you want to see here on the site, whether it be workouts, recipes, or more health or nutrition info, just drop me a line and let me know what you're interested in!
I'm also developing an email newsletter, so please sign up if you're interested as I'll be offering a lot of really awesome stuff and keeping you updated on what's happening here on the site. And I despise spammy emails, so you won't hear from me more than one time a week, scout's honor. I can't stand receiving a million emails a day or many days a week from the same people. Who has time for all that?! So if you're on board for a less stressful commitment, my newsletter is the one for you.
