This fun new workout takes just over 15 minutes and is great cardio to get done quickly before indulging in treats. Make this one count, come do it with me...
This workout has 10 different exercises, and a 10-1 descending ladder of burpees after each exercise.
Workout breakdown: 10 sumo squat leg lifts 10 burpees 10 jump lunge knee ups 9 burpees 10 plank to elbow plank 8 burpees 10 pistol squats 7 burpees 10 knees to feet 6 burpees 10 elbow knee tucks 5 burpees 10 jump tucks 4 burpees 10 v ups 3 burpees 10 side to side pushups 2 burpees 10 knee hugs 1 burpee It feels so much more manageable to do a lower number of reps, of a wide variety of exercises, one after another, than it does to do a larger number of reps, for far fewer exercises, with many rounds. This is my favorite type of workout, lots of variety to motivate you and keep you interested throughout. Plus when you're enjoying what you're doing, it's easier to push yourself harder, and then you get an even better workout in.
