I was really not feeling working out today. It took me several hours to come around to it. I hate when this happens, especially if I wake up earlier and have plenty of extra time I could be utilizing productively, but my brain and body have other ideas. It's hard to push through those feelings on days like today. But the more I thought about it, the more I realized I have nothing else more important I could or should be doing; nothing else that would make me feel better or happier, so I just resigned myself to do it. And I'm so glad I did, because thankfully I felt dramatically better after I got it done.
