Getting Back in the Swing of Things

This workout was tough, even though it's made up of just simple, bodyweight exercises. Come try it out with me to see what I mean...
This workout has 6 rounds of increasing reps of pushups, jump squats, and bicycle crunches.
Pushups: 5 6 7 8 9 10
Jump Squats: 10 20 30 40 50 60
Bicycle Crunches: 10 20 30 40 50 60

You're going to feel the burn! And it takes less than 20 minutes, simple! Let's get it done.
This took me just over 19 minutes, let me know how long it takes you and how it made you feel.

We're still going with the less than 20 minute, bodyweight only workouts for the month of December. I'm taking the guesswork out and keeping it simple to stay healthy through the holidays. Stick with me, we're doing this together. Then in January, get ready, we're going to kick it into high gear for the new year. It's going to be so much fun and you're going to feel amazing. Follow along with me, I'm making sure 2017 is going to be awesome. I have great things coming.
