I have a super fun and quick new cardio and abs workout for today, come try it with me...
This is a 12 minute workout that starts with a 2 minute wall sit and is then a 10 minute AMRAP of:
10 side jump lunges 10 v ups 5 burpee jump tucks Do as many rounds as you can in the 10 minutes. The reps are low so you can really get in quite a few rounds. Workouts like this are my favorite, because it never feels like you're doing too many reps at one time, but over the rounds they sneakily add up and you get an amazing workout in without feeling like you suffered to do so. Awesome stuff.
I completed 6 rounds and all 10 reps of the side jump lunges to start round 7. Leave me a comment and let me know how you did and how you liked this workout.
I'm keeping the workouts to 20 minutes or less and bodyweight only, with no extra weights or equipment needed, for the month of December; so if you stick with me, there's no reason not to stay healthy through the holidays. Keep it up, we're nearly halfway through the month already!
