This workout introduces you to several of the best fundamental exercises you can do with your kettlebell.
Take less than 30 minutes with me to get this fun full body workout in.
Workout Breakdown
2 Rounds of:
50 kettlebell swings 10 (on each side) overhead press 10 (on each side) snatch 20 (on each side) backward lunge pass under 10 (on each side) one leg deadlift 10 Russian twist + 50 swings at the end of the second round We will be doing 150 kettlebell swings total for this workout. Break up the sets of 50 as you need to, but try not to take longer than 10 second breaks between sets. *NOTE*: If you have never attempted snatches before, please be safe and practice cleans and presses first. DO NOT attempt snatches for the very first time after watching this video. Never risk hurting yourself just to try something new.
