This is a 12 minute AMRAP of just 3 simple exercises. They are:
10 kettlebell swings (if you don't have a kettlebell do 10 jump squats or 20 squats) 5 burpees 10 jump lunges I kept the reps low to make it easier to get through rounds super quick and without having to take breaks between exercises. This worked big time. I was able to push so hard through a ton of rounds. Try it with me, 12 minutes is nothing!
I got through nearly 8.5 rounds. This workout was awesome, I pushed myself to my maximum and stayed super motivated throughout to just destroy each exercise. Keeping the reps low really makes all the difference; to me it is easier to allow the reps to slowly add up through each round. I'm going to try to start finally posting some recipes on here as well, and add a new section for them for everyone to enjoy, so look out for that. There always seems to be a lot of interest in recipes so I want to try to share some of mine. They're very basic so I can't promise anything life-changing, I'm still learning about developing more complicated stuff based off recipes I know work very well. It's a learning process, but it's time I start sharing diet as well as exercise on here.
