You're Not Too Busy, Make Exercise a Priority

This workout proves it! Today's new cardio leg workout gets your heart pumping and your legs burning in just 10 minutes! Come try it out with me...
This workout is:
10 squats
5 plank jack pushups
20 jump lunges
5 side to side pushups
30 squats
5 burpees
40 jump lunges
5 burpees
30 squats
5 side to side pushups
20 jump lunges
5 plank jack pushups
10 squats

If you can't do all the jump lunges consecutively, break them up into sets of 10 or 20, and if you can't do jump lunges then take the jump out and do regular lunges. And if you're looking for an even bigger challenge, do jump squats for the squats and feel the burn. 
It took me 10 minutes to complete this workout. Let me know how you liked it and if you modified let me know whether you eased or amped up the challenge.

For the month of December I'm keeping the workouts short and bodyweight only, so if you stick with me, I'm keeping it simple to stay healthy through the holidays! I'm really missing my kettlebell though, I have so many great workout ideas I want to share with you guys; hopefully Santa will be generous and bring you a shiny new kettlebell this season. That's the best recommendation I can make for something to add to your wish list this year; you'll get so much use out of it and have so much fun. I have an even heavier one at the top of mine. I'm working on a lot of really cool stuff for the new year that I think everyone will really enjoy, so stick with me and I'll take the guesswork out of how to get and stay healthy.
