While a little on the longer side, this quick yoga stretching class is an incredibly invigorating practice.
Take just under 40 minutes to stretch your body with me.
*Note: We will be using a cloth yoga strap for several of the poses in this class, but the strap is not required. You can use whatever you have, or no props if you prefer!
Workout Breakdown:
3 sun salutations
lizard pigeon (with strap) supine hand to big toe (with strap) dolphin cobra penguin fallen dancer (with strap) - bow twisted chair - side crow wheel - forearm lying spinal twist
