While a little on the longer side, this quick yoga stretching class is an incredibly invigorating practice.
Take just under 40 minutes to stretch your body with me.
*Note: We will be using a cloth yoga strap for several of the poses in this class, but the strap is not required. You can use whatever you have, or no props if you prefer!
3 sun salutations
pigeon (with strap)
supine hand to big toe (with strap)
fallen dancer (with strap) - bow
twisted chair - side crow
wheel - forearm
lying spinal twist
