​3 sun salutations
Crescent
10 Cat - Cow
Cobra
Standing forward fold
Half lotus tree - flying pigeon
Shoulderstand - unsupported
Reclined head to knee
Pigeon - overhead grip bind
Garland
Bound angle
Splits
Revolved bound triangle
Dolphin - one legged
Wheel - forearm 
Grasshopper
Legs up the wall
Lying spinal twist
