3 sun salutations
10 downward dog leg lifts
wide legged forward bend
extended hand to big toe
headstand prep or dolphin
lying spinal twist
*NOTE: Be careful attempting headstand prep. If you have never attempted a headstand before, do not try it now for the very first time. Make sure you have the strength and are fully aware of/understand the proper form for headstand so that you don't injure yourself. Please always be smart and safe.
