These quick yoga routines aren't comparable to the amazing benefits you get with a full-length routine, but they are great alternatives for stretching after your higher intensity workout, or when you just feel like you need a little something to get the kinks out, but you can't or don't want to make a big time commitment. Come get it done with me!
