This routine is just under 45 minutes of:
5 sun salutations warrior 1 warrior 2 lizard cat-cow reverse plank bridge to one-legged bridge wheel plough cobra to full cobra garland pigeon to king pigeon revolved abdomen crescent bow cow face (variation) lying spinal twist supported corpse Let me know how you like this workout and if it was as amazing of a stretch for you as it was for me. Sorry this is so late guys! I got kind of thrown off this week because I lost a day to some sickness, but I'm back and ready to keep at it now.
