Workout Breakdown:
3 sun salutations
one hand side stretch crescent chair to twisted chair warrior 2 one legged forward bend lord of the dance (mermaid variation) sideways tree hand to foot hand to knee tree tip toe forward bend to forward bend dolphin cobra to full cobra plough wheel garland pigeon abdominal lift lying spinal twist legs up the wall to wide supported corpse Modifications are provided in the video as I begin/work through each pose. Try it with me! It only takes 45 minutes to get an amazing stretch in!
I enjoyed this so much. I definitely want to start putting yoga routines together on a regular basis again. I hope you want to continue working on yoga too, and that you'll follow along with me on this journey.
