This yoga routine is so invigorating. I felt incredible after. Working to really heat up the body before focusing on stretching helps the muscles open up so much more, allowing you to achieve amazingly deep stretches. You're gonna love this routine, it's the perfect mix of challenging and relaxing. And it only takes 45 minutes, try it with me...
This yoga flow is:
3 - sun salutation + 3 pushups
!0 (on both sides) stationary lunges
warrior 1
10 (on both sides) stationary lunges
warrior 2
lizard
bridge to one legged bridge
wheel
plough
shoulderstand
10 squats
pigeon
garland
splits
5 pushups
cobra to full cobra
dolphin
double toe hold
cow face
lying spinal twist
​supported corpse
I hope you enjoy this routine as much as I did. I have been feeling pretty terrible the past couple weeks from my hormones. It's something I'm working hard to correct, and I'm doing my absolute best to take care of myself. It's tough. That's why my posts have slowed, because my activity in general has slowed.
