This just over 30 minute quick yoga stretching routine focuses heavily on stretching out and opening up the shoulders.
This will greatly help those with tighter shoulders that find it difficult to bind or twist in poses. Work through this routine with me now and see how much your shoulders have opened up by the end!
3 sun salutations
10 downward dog leg lift + side leg lift
revolved upward, one arm extended, hand to foot staff
heels down floating staff prep
revolved downward dog
half cow face seated forward bend
both hands to feet hero
lying spinal twist
