I'm not sure that I've talked about this before, but typically you need to have a pretty empty stomach when practicing yoga, if you want to practice comfortably anyway ;) So when I'm finished practicing I'm often famished! At times like these it's great to have a healthy treat on hand that I can whip up quickly, like these super tasty 3 ingredient cookies or these 5 ingredient chocolate chip cookies. I can't get enough of chickpea desserts especially! If you haven't had them before, I strongly encourage you to give them a try. It sounds like they would be horrible, but I promise you do NOT taste the beans at all! They are just a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth while getting in extra fiber and protein. You literally can't lose! What do you think about healthy desserts? Do you indulge? What are some of your favorites? Or do you have to entirely avoid treats to keep yourself under control? Let me know in the comments! :D
