This quick yoga stretching routine provides an amazing stretch in under a half hour.
Work through this incredibly invigorating, full body stretch with me now and see how amazingly your muscles have opened up by the end.
Workout Breakdown:
3 sun salutations
warrior 1 - warrior 2 downward dog scorpion leg lift unsupported tiger standing forward bend - wide standing splits flying pigeon (or pigeon, or one-legged chair) pendant (with blocks) L sit - with blocks lying spinal twist
