This 25 minute quick yoga stretching routine is incredibly relaxing and mainly focuses on using a wall for support and extra challenge, but you will still get a great stretch in without it.

Workout Breakdown:
3 sun salutations
10 squats lizard (with wall) standing forward bend (with wall) L stand (with wall) (or dolphin) camel - drop back practice compass Bharadvaja's twist bound angle (with wall) legs up the wall
